Owner, Joel Backus, is a native Texan with over 37 years of oilfield and construction experience in Texas and Alaska. “We stand behind the work we do and put customer satisfaction as our highest priority,” Joel remarks, “It’s not about how much money we can make. It’s about how many customers can we help.”

Texas Welding & Fabrication goes out of its way to help design all products it fabricates in the safest, most efficient, most practical, and most cost efficient manner that it can be built. The company would rather make less money by giving the customer a better and safer design. We believe in building it once. We want a quality product built safely, correctly, and in a lasting manner the first time around.

We believe in safety first. A company must protect its employees, clients, clients’ equipment and facilities, and the general public first. Accomplish this, then quality and production will follow suit.
